**About the opportunity**

As the Administration Assistant you will be responsible for:

- Delivering excellent customer service
- Co-ordinating the Post-Practical Completion Client Contact program
- Liaising with clients and Service & Warranty Serviceman and Handover Supervisor regarding booking inspections, maintenance service dates and general maintenance requirements
- Following up service reports and entering data and service defects into computer system, as appropriate
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- General administrative duties such as scanning, filing, typing, etc

**About you**

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Good computer and MS Office skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Outstanding, organisational, and planning abilities with the ability to work under pressure
- A flexible approach and attitude towards your work
- Knowledge of Construction and the building process is preferable but not essential
