We are on the lookout for an Warranty and Aftersales Representative in our Customer Solutions Division.

Being a leader in the Automotive Aftermarket, 4×4 and Ute accessories market, HSP Ute Lids is always on the lookout for staff that is looking to grow within our company.

The working hours will be 8.00 am - 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

**About the job**:
This role falls in both after-sales and customer service so you will be working directly with our customer sales team as well as our fitting technicians. You will be tasked with a range of duties from customer service, processing warranty information, following up with customers in relation to outstanding information, providing solutions, and other relevant tasks.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting customers who may have warranty claims or require some technical knowledge.
- Administration work by entering orders in our production.
- Assisting sales by offering additional products to customers
- Administration work for vehicle fittings

**To be considered for the position**:
We require a bright and bubbly personality that loves to build rapport with your customers. A keen sense of helping customers with real solutions and dedication to ensuring our quality standards adhere to.
- Previous aftersales experience would be preferred, (All training is provided)
- Great computer skills - you will be using multiple systems
- Professional customer service skills
- Ability to ability to think strategically
- Degree of problem-solving ability
- A can-do attitude.

- Have current drivers license

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
