We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Service Administrator/Warranty/Costing Clerk** to join our service department.

**Position Overview**:
The **Service Administrator/Warranty/Costing Clerk** is a key player in ensuring smooth service operations. In this role, you’ll manage warranty claims, process repair costs, and provide vital administrative support, with a focus on our **JAC Motors and Zeekr vehicles**. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and submit warranty claims for JAC Motors and Zeekr vehicles within manufacturer guidelines.
- Accurately cost repairs, invoice services, and manage job card processing.
- Maintain precise records for warranties and service costs, ensuring compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies.
- Provide administrative support to the service department, including customer communication and data entry.
- Collaborate effectively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Review claims and follow up promptly to ensure completion.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in service administration, warranty processing, or costing, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software (experience with automotive-specific systems is a plus).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
