**About the Role**

As the Travel Accounts Team Leader, you will oversee and optimise the financial operations of our travel accounting function, ensuring seamless workflows and precision in financial processes. You will lead a dedicated team, support travel consultants, collaborate with finance teams, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency across departments.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Lead & develop a high-performing Travel Accounts team through training, cross-skilling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage financial operations, including bank reconciliation, supplier payments, and GST reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Support Travel Consultants in accounting processes, assisting with Tramada financial workflows and reducing processing errors.
- Analyse and improve financial workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and enhanced financial reporting.
- Deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders, Travel Agents, and customers by ensuring prompt and accurate financial transactions.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Accounting or travel finance experience with a strong grasp of accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation processes.
- Leadership experience in a finance or travel role, with a commitment to team development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in financial systems like Tramada Mid-Office, Finance One, AirPlus VCC, and other travel accounting platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, accuracy, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to drive process improvements, automate workflows, and enhance operational efficiency**.**
