Blue Dot Travel, established in 2011 by Brett and Kate Goulston, is a boutique tour operator based in North Sydney. We specialise in designing small-group tours to unique destinations worldwide, with most tours fully guided and escorted from Australia by experienced tour leaders. Our thoughtfully crafted itineraries aim to offer an authentic, immersive travel experience. Blue Dot Travel offers bespoke travel experiences for groups of 4 to 16 individuals, ensuring a personal and exceptional journey for all travellers.

Role Description

The Group Travel Specialist will manage and coordinate group travel arrangements, including creating itineraries, booking transportation, and liaising with service providers. Responsibilities include offering exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and resolving travel-related challenges. The role also involves communication with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth travel experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Sydney Area.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including handling logistics and coordinating group travel itineraries.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with Business Travel planning and management is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with travel management software and tools is an added advantage.
  • Passion for travel and delivering outstanding travel experiences to clients.
