**About the role**:
NB: This position requires to be on-site at our Chef Fresh Manufacturing plant and requires personal transport due to remote location.

You will also:

- Ensure the IT systems are ready and available whenever the plant needs.
- IT systems up-to-date and performing to expectation
- Deployment of patches, enhancements and upgrades
- Data integrity
- Windows Systems administration
- Ensure compliance to all company policies and standards
- Address business problems through system enhancement and functionality

**About you**:
We are looking for a dedicated Technical Analyst with experience within a fast-paced and complex manufacturing environment; a seasoned problem-solver across various IT platforms and systems; someone with a calm but confident disposition; able to relate to users from the factory floor to the C-suite.

You will have previous experience in IT relevant support functions offering Level 1 or 2 support within an enterprise scale organisation.

You’ll also need:

- 3 years minimum in a support or development role
- use of a ticketing system for incident management
- Supporting complex/enterprise IT systems
- Systems Administration
- Network Administration
- Supporting MS Windows operating systems

Desirable
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Database Administration
