This role will support the delivery of the largest Federal Government Contact Centre.

**The day to day**
- Service Quality, including quality of service, quality of experience and service health.
- Customer Experience Management, including VIP analysis, major & special events' monitoring, customer analytics, bespoke investigations and networks support.
- Service View, including customer perspective of Optus services, near real time capability and provide network service support to NMC and CFUs.
- Optimisation and continual improvement around thresholds and alerting

**Why you are our next Networks Senior Technical Specialist**
- Degree Qualified Diploma/Bachelors or equivalent experience within data science, analytics, telecommunications
- Sound knowledge and understanding of traditional telecommunications network
- Able to clearly articulate technical knowledge and communicate appropriately to various audiences
- Experience working in modern telecommunications' architecture - including Telco over Cloud, SDN, NFV & 5G.
- Due to the requirements of the role you must be an Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident
