We are seeking a dedicated Technical Analyst - Networks and Security to join our onsite team. This role will provide exceptional operational support in the delivery of managed services and technical support for Networks and Security technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely monitoring of events, incident management, technical investigation, resolution within strict SLAs, and all appropriate communication to key stakeholders. Additionally, you will perform simple and some complex MAC changes when scheduled.

**Your day in the life of a Technical Analyst - Networks and Security**
- Incident Management: Troubleshooting network and security technologies, products, and services.
- Alarm and Event Management: Monitoring and actioning alarms/events related to networks and security services within SLA time frames.
- Managing Customer Relationships: Ensuring positive representation to customers and meeting or exceeding customer service SLAs.
- Process and Procedures: Completing simple MACs and transitions as scoped and adhering to processes and procedures.
- This role is primarily 24x7 shifts, including night shifts, weekend shifts, and public holiday shifts.

**Your skills to pay the bills**
- AGSVA clearance, or NV1 or Australian Citizen for Security Clearance purposes.
- Extensive Data/IP Networking/security experience.
- Cisco CCNA routing and switching certification.
- Cisco CCNA Security is highly desirable or to be completed within 6-8 months of accepting this role.
- Cisco CCNP certification is desirable.
- Experience with support/configuration of Cisco, Fortinet routers and switches, Dynamic routing protocols, WAN technologies, and network security devices.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Thorough understanding of ITIL and extensive experience working in an ITIL environment.
