**About the role**
The Unified Communications Technical Analyst is responsible for coordinating and undertaking the service delivery of a range of technical build, operation and support functions within the ICT Infrastructure team. The role contributes to the support, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of ICT infrastructure capabilities and technologies.

The Unified Communications Technical Analyst provides technical advice and services in video conferencing, telephone handsets, and the administration and support of Customer Contact Management Systems, Microsoft Teams, and other legacy telephony systems.

**Special Conditions**
- This role’s location is currently Site Specific, which may change due to the business needs of the role and the business needs of TAFE SA
- Some out of hours work may be required
- Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Working at Heights Procedure and Certification
