**About the role**:
NB: This position requires to be on-site at our RROA Manufacturing plant and requires personal transport due to remote location.

The Technical Analyst Support Team is pivotal in supporting over 700 team members at the Western Sydney manufacturing facility.

**About you**:
We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Analyst with experience within a fast-paced and complex manufacturing environment; a seasoned problem-solver across various IT platforms and systems; someone with a calm but confident disposition; able to relate to users from the factory floor to the C-suite.

You will have previous experience in IT relevant support functions offering Level 1 or 2 support within an enterprise scale organisation.

You’ll also need:

- Ability to problem-solve, handle tasks, and manage timelines.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ensure incidents are resolved in timely manner with mínimal downtime.
- Previous experience in a technical support role.
- Experience in troubleshooting issues and triage of incidents.
- Basic SQL skills to write & execute commands to extract data.
- Familiarity with Marel Innova and/or Swisslog advantageous but not mandatory.
