Commercial Analyst - 12mth Full Time Parental Leave Contract
- Based at Macquarie Park, short walk from Metro Station, WFH options

Are you a curious and diligent Commercial Analyst with the ability to hit the ground running?

In this position, you will build complex financial models using macros and Power BI to provide expert financial and operational analysis and insights, commentary and reporting on the business performance of Catholic Healthcare’s allocated business units.

This role is available on a 12-month full-time maximum term basis and will report to the Commercial Manager.

As an integral part of the Commercial Analyst team your days will include the following;
- Contribute to the deliverance of cost reduction efficiencies and vale creation strategies.
- Produce and review monthly reporting packs for/with key stakeholders
- Partner closely and effectively with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and analysis on business performance to support decision making
- Owning and managing backend data and, business modelling
- Support preparation of budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Recognise and support continuous improvement

Your strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, will aid your success, in addition you will have;
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within healthcare, aged care or multi-site operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce or equivalent
- CPA or CA qualified (or working towards)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to build complex financial models using macros
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI with strong technical analytics/data skills
- Strong business partnership and stakeholder management ability
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and cohesive team environment
- A high level of pride in presentation of work with effective presentation skills
