**The Role**

Programmed Energy & Resources is currently seeking a** Recruitment & Mobilisation Administrator** to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a close knit team, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within the Mining & Resources industry sectors with exposure to multiples sites and disciplines.

This role is a 40hr week, Monday - Friday located in our new office in Welshpool.

**The main responsibilities of this roles are**:

- Establishing effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
- Assist and getting trained in how to recruit high volume blue collar recruitment for shutdowns and labour hire across Western Australia
- Maintaining mobilisation trackers
- Manage the on-boarding for any new employees, including gathering/checking tickets and guiding employees through pre-employment requirements inc. D&A testing.
- Interpretation of awards and EBA’s
- Ensure all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment experience

**Skills and Experience**:

- 2+ years experience within Administration
- Competent in use of MS Office
- Motivated, passionate and have good initiative
- Strong communication skills with an ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
- Strong computer and administration skills
- A demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
