**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Working closely with and reporting to the Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator, this role will be working in a small team that remotely employs and co-ordinates the movements of staff around Australia. As the Recruitment & Mobilisation Officer you will be dedicated to the supporting the hiring, and mobilising of staff to various projects and shutdowns for our clients within the Resource Industry, in addition to:

- Mobilise staff to site in a timely manner, ensuring each staff member is compliant with the client’s requirements.
- Manage off boarding staff and re-mobilisation, in-conjunction with Project Managers.
- Order and issue PPE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**ABOUT YOU**
You will be a highly organised individual who thrives on delivering to deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail. In addition to:

- Exposure to Mobilisation and or Site Administration within the Resource industry
- Interest in gaining experience in Recruitment of blue
- & white-collar roles.
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Strong negotiation skill set and calm under pressure.
- Proven ability to work in a small team and autonomously when required.
- Experience and aptitude in using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask & be adaptable.
