**Job Description**:
We have a permanent opportunity available for a high energy, conscientious, collaborative Administration Professional to join the Recruitment team with our Indigenous Civil and Mining Services Client based in West Perth

Great opportunity to become an integral part of a fantastic company experiencing rapid growth, with secured long-term contracts in place on major projects in the Pilbara region of WA.

You will have the ability to work to strict time frames and moving deadlines to ensure recruitment administration and mobilisations are carried out to meet project requirements.

**Qualifications**:
What you will need to succeed:

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- The ability to work cohesively in a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office Suite experience
- Resource sector, volume recruitment administration and mobilisation experience
- A strong passion for people and delivering sustainable, fit-for-purpose outcomes
- High energy, discipline, resilience, self-motivation and results oriented approach
- Civil, Mining, and Construction industry project experience
