**SMS Mining Services is a privately owned, West Australian based Mining Contractor, part of the Rivet Group. Founded in 2000, SMS has progressed from being solely Equipment Rental to now having extensive involvement in the Maintenance, Contract Mining and Drill and Blast Divisions.**

- Maintain and manage all employee records ensuring all information is kept up to date
- Booking pre-employment medicals and ordering PPE
- Coordinating Mobilisation to site for new starters and internal transfers
- Create social media posts and manage responses
- Provide back up support for Recruitment when required including reference checking and phone screening
- Provide generalist administration support to the Recruitment Team when required
- Hands on training to learn the ins and outs of internal recruitment
- Welshpool based position - free onsite parking
- Monday to Friday - attractive working hours
- Full time permanent position

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude, eager to learn and able to thrive in a busy environment
- High level of experience using Microsoft Office Suit Programs
- Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal communication skills
- Solid administration background
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous Mobilisation/Recruitment Admin experience advantageous
- Must be able to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
- Current and valid Australian Drivers Licence
