About the Role:

Due to our continued growth, NRW Holdings has an excitingopportunity for an experienced Mobilisation Administrator to joinour busy Recruitment team located in our Belmont head office.Reporting to the Lead Recruiter, you will be a highly organisedindividual who will thrive working under pressure and delivering todeadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of service andattention to detail.

To be considered for this position; you must possess thefollowing as a minimum:

- Previous experience in high volume mobilisation tasks -such as medical and course bookings along with coordinating NRWand client inductions necessary for mobilisations
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively andefficiently within a team environment
- Experience with ERMS and Pegasus systems are highlydesirable
- A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- A strong understanding of the importance of confidentialityand professionalism
- A proactive approach when engaging internal and externalstakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

As a Mobilisation Administrator, you will be responsiblefor but not limited to:

- Assisting with the onboarding process of new employeemobilisations to ensure they are conducted in accordance witheach project’s requirements
- Providing recruitment and mobilisation support to theRecruitment Team Lead across all white collar positions
- Working closely with Management and project teamsthroughout the onboarding process to provide support andguidance as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal andexternal stakeholders
