We embrace diversity, flexibility, learning and continuous improvement to deliver quality legal services. The work is challenging but rewarding - and that is why staff wellbeing and work/life balance are a top priority for us.
About the role

**Work with Heart**: Support clients experiencing complex legal and social challenges in a professional and empathetic way.
**This Role is For You if You**:
**See Beyond the Surface**: You understand the social challenges vulnerable clients face and have insights into legal processes.
**Connect the Dots**: You've got an eye for detail, with strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills.
**Have the Gift of the Gab (and Pen)**: You write clear, compelling reports and communicate with professionalism and respect in every interaction.
**Take Initiative with Integrity**: You're driven to make sound decisions and improve outcomes, always with accountability.
