We are looking for a dedicated full-time Senior Pathways Support Officer to contribute to our Secondary administration teams. This position is for 5 days per week, term time only starting in Term 4, 2025. Part time applicants will be considered.

About Your Approach

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and interact effectively with secondary students and families for SET plan meetings
  • Provide coaching in workforce readiness skills (resumes, cover letters, interviewing skills)
  • Provide career pathway guidance
  • Ability to engage effectively and collaboratively with external parties to arrange exiting credits or school-based traineeships
  • Support planning for post-schooling events and local recruitment and job opportunities
  • Knowledge of the Independent and Christian School sectors is advantageous
