What you'll do

Permanent full time opportunity to process referrals within the Surgery Connect Program and support the Manager by providing training and support to HHSs in the implementation of the program's strategic initiatives.

About you

We are searching for someone who:

Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of medical terminology used to deliver patient-centred activities would be highly regarded.

Demonstrates knowledge and experience with database utilisation and patient management systems would be highly regarded.

Demonstrates the ability to successfully manage a range of activities with conflicting timeframes.
