**This is a temporary part time 16 hours per week leave relief position until 31st May 2025 with the possibility of extension.**
**What you'll be doing**
The Support Assistant will provide a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the Work Health and Safety and Recovery Units achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner. This includes, but is not limited to supporting the various programs that are delivered by these business units to ensure they are run in an efficient and effective way. The Support Assistant will assist with day to day processing tasks and be the point of contact for all enquires relating to WHS and Recovery Services.

**Talent Pool**

Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience performing a wide range of administrative tasks in a high volume and fast paced work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise basic problem solving skills using reference to established methods and procedures.
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including experience in minute taking.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook as well as modern human resources information systems (or similar).
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service.
- Demonstrated initiative, accuracy and attention to detail.
