Every Human Disability Services is offering a unique hybrid role for someone who’s ready to grow. We’re seeking a passionate, reliable, and tech-savvy support worker who’s keen to expand into an administration role. You'll start with 15 hours of admin work per week and filling in with support worker shifts, with clear pathways to _full-time employment and leadership opportunities._

You’ll still support participants one-on-one — but you’ll also step into the heart of a NDIS provider: writing reports, collaborating with stakeholders, managing systems, and working closely with our leadership team. It’s a genuine opportunity to shape your future in the disability sector.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Administration & Coordination (15 hrs/week)_
- Roster updating, onboarding, and daily admin support
- Writing participant progress reports and support summaries
- Tracking compliance: checks, training, incident reports
- Communicating with families, therapists, and coordinators
- Using tools like AI, Canva and Brevity to create and manage internal resources
- Supporting system improvements, planning, and innovation
- Support Work (Casual & Fill-In)_
- Stepping in to cover shifts when needed
- Delivering meaningful, person-centred support across home and community settings
- Supporting emotional regulation, social engagement, and skill building
- Building trust with participants and their families
- Documenting shift notes and collaborating with allied health teams

**This Could Be You If You’re**:

- A support worker ready to grow and try something new
- Experienced in admin, compliance, and behind-the-scenes operations
- Reliable, clear-thinking, and good at writing and communicating
- Experienced in using tech tools (Canva, cloud storage, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Passionate about improving lives and supporting a values-driven team
