**_Safety Advisor_**:

- _to join our fast-growing East Coast team, based in our busy Melbourne office.

We are seeking a permanent Safety Advisor to manage and undertake all aspects of HSE to our staff and clients. We are looking for someone that has a passion for health and safety; a team player in the field and in the office

**The Role**

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Attend onsite client meetings, as required, to develop client relationships and identify opportunities to improve delivery
- Identify internal staff development and training needs
- Ensure business activities comply with relevant legislation, codes of practice, guidelines, and ethical standards
- Delivery of regular toolbox talks and client site visits
- Ensure that all compliance-based requirements are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Ensure all required administrative HSE tasks are undertaken in a timely and accurate manner, consistent with HSE management system
- Regular reporting regarding Incident Investigation and corrective actions
- Promote and develop a positive safety culture across the business

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Diploma HSE or higher
- ICAM Qualification
- Drivers licence
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Rail industry experience
- Hands-on experience and dedication in the field and the office - equally important

**About You**
- Used to working in fast paced work environments
- Strong knowledge and experience in all administrative duties the roles requires
- Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office suits and other programs
- Prior experience working in a management level role
- Possess great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Be exceptionally organised, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure
- Have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to NSW on short notice if/when required
