Join the Qantas team as a Sales Support Advisor and play a pivotal role in our dynamic support function This exciting position supports Qantas Regional Managers, Agency Partners, Mid-Market, Business & Government Sales teams. As a Sales Support Advisor, you'll provide expert guidance, advice, and manage customer escalations to resolve issues. Outstanding communication skills are essential for providing advice and solutions on Qantas products, services, policies and procedures, processing payments, handling escalations, and resolving customer complaints.

This role requires a strong understanding of the commercial impact of decisions, especially in waiver management, and ensuring audit requirements are met. The ability to handle complex problem-solving and deliver exceptional customer service is crucial. The Sales Support Advisor must proactively address customer needs and ensure satisfaction, contributing to Qantas's overall success.

You’ll have
- 2+ years’ experience in the travel industry
- Amadeus experience essential
- Salesforce experience is advantageous
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
- Be open minded, proactive, accepting of change and have a positive mindset
- Work autonomously within a small team
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
