**Your new role**

The Student Sales Advisor is responsible for:

- Achieve sales goals by contacting, enroling, and converting leads.
- Handle a large number of customer enquiries across various channels and provide them with course information.
- Join outbound or inbound sales campaigns and target potential customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support to generate and convert leads into applicants and enrollees.
- Perform sales and administrative tasks such as updating and maintaining records and databases to foster customer relationships and comply with systems, processes and policies.
- Working closely with the line manager to develop performance plans

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Essential that you have a background in sales/outbound/lead generation
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and expectations
