**The Role**
Centacare, as the lead agency of a consortium-based model, is responsible for operating headspace Port Adelaide. headspace is Australia's National Youth Mental Health Foundation. The headspace mission is to improve the mental health, social wellbeing and economic participation of young Australians aged 12-25. headspace Port Adelaide provides free services to young people in the areas of mental health, physical health, alcohol and other drugs, work and study.
The Administration Officer/Receptionist is part of headspace Port Adelaide’s small Administration Team. The Administration Team provides exceptional customer services, strong and effective relationships with stakeholders with an emphasis on great communication, friendliness, and a dynamic team approach.

**What you need to bring**
**Essential**
- Outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to relate to and communicate with people from all different cultures, including young people, parents, and staff
- Experience in providing a broad range of administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-faceted team environment along with proven ability to work independently
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent rapport building skills for front line service delivery with young people, their families, and friends
- Friendly, warm, and welcoming approach when communicating face to face with young people and their families
- Respectful and helpful communications with staff and leadership
- Experience in and the ability to complete data entry and navigation of data management systems
- Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check.
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to backfill other administration roles within HWES across alternative locations within Adelaide metropolitan area when required
- Experience using Mastercare and Penelope electronic client management systems - desirable
