Adelaide CBD, Australia Maxima Full time

Part time: 3 days (22.5 hours) per week
- $34.58/hour + super + great benefits

**About the role**:
Key tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Day to day administration including answering phones, booking meetings, client and visitor hosting, ordering supplies etc
- Maintenance and ordering of supplies
- Coordinating meetings including organising catering
- Liaising and coordinating practice requirements, such as maintenance, cleaning and building access
- Providing IT support
- Accounts administration, including invoicing
- Tracking long term administration projects
- Supporting the director in the execution of projects, including liaising with builders, contractors, suppliers and the client
- Project administration and secretarial support for the director and architects
- Providing support to the practice team
- Managing and coordinating memberships and accreditations for the practice

**About you**:

- Prior experience in office and/or project support (required)
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Fast-paced, quick learner
- Prior experience in an Architectural or construction practice (desirable)
