We are looking for an experienced Organisational Development Lead to join our dynamic People & Culture department, and be part of an extraordinary team that is dedicated, caring, and forward-thinking.

We’re seeking an individual who not only understands but also has a proven track record of aligning strategic workforce, culture, and development programs across an entire organisation.

Your expertise will shine as you spearhead the design, development, and delivery of projects, programs, and impactful initiatives aimed at enhancing our organisation's capability and capacity to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing landscape.

You'll provide invaluable guidance and strategic direction to our senior leaders, empowering them to build and maintain a workforce with exceptional capabilities at both the organisational and directorate levels. Utilising your coaching and mentoring skills, you will foster collaboration and enable individuals to reach their full potential, driving the amazing staff of the City of Melville to success
