**About you**

You are an enthusiastic self-starter who works well in both team and individual setting who will energetically undertake the planned actions for the achievement of our Small Business Friendly Approvals Program (SBFAP).

Reporting to the Program Leader - Place and Economic Development this position will facilitate and assist across a wide range of key projects to deliver the strategy and SBFAP, both of which are key pillars of the City’s transformational program.

You will bring experience in forming and leading working groups, developing and implementing reports, data analytics and interpretation, and ability to recognise and understand needs of small businesses in relation to the project initiative. Tertiary qualifications in Organisation Development, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Urban Planning, Project Management or equivalent will be highly regarded.
