**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
- Lead and support a small team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and with excellence.
- Act as the go-to person for team members, offering guidance and problem-solving.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction.
- (Optional) Contribute to our marketing team with creative content, such as photos or videos of completed tasks.
