We are looking for an experienced Organisational Development Consultant to join our dynamic People & Culture department and be part of an extraordinary team that is dedicated, caring, and forward-thinking.
We’re seeking an individual who can consult on change management. Working alongside our senior leaders in our four directorates, you will drive organisational development initiatives. Your expert insights and guidance will be instrumental in creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Have demonstrated, hands-on experience in organisation development, including team development, program design, leadership development, and instructional experience?
Do you hold qualifications in human resources, change management, psychology, leadership, or other relevant discipline? We're seeking a passionate individual for this role, specifically someone with;
- Experience in delivering and facilitating a range of professional development programs. Your expertise in designing and implementing impactful learning initiatives will be invaluable in fostering growth and skill development within our workforce.
- A demonstrated knowledge of organisational development initiatives and programs - particularly in the realm of leadership development strategies.
- A strong ability to collect and analyse data, coupled with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, enabling strong relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in enabling and facilitating learning through various approaches such as e-learning, workshops, training sessions, work-based learning, action learning, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring.
- We value strategic thinking, so the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; a strong strategic focus and proven track record in planning and executing projects within timelines and budgets will be critical to our success.
