**About the Role**

Reporting to the Clerical Chief, this role is responsible for managing inbound calls from patients, referrers and other external stakeholders requesting report and image access.

This is a part-time opportunity working two or three days per week, Fridays being an essential day of need. This is a constantly expanding role with growth and development opportunities, and we are looking for customer orientated people to join our committed team

As part of the Clerical Team, this role:

- provides a high standard of customer service to patients, referrers and third parties.
- builds strong and cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- maintains, manages, and delivers patient records in a timely and confidential manner.

This integral role enables Jones Radiology to deliver expectational, high-quality services to patients, referrers, and other external stakeholders by providing professional, caring, and friendly customer support.

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate the following:

- understanding of and ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service.
- excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- demonstrated experience using multiple programs simultaneously and systems navigation.
- ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- excellent attention to detail, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- basic understanding of medical imaging terminology and procedures is desirable but not essential.
