**About the Role**

Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, this role aims is to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing. We are seeking a system superstar to ensure the accurate reconciliation and processing of staff Rosters and Timesheets. Further, this role utilises Kronos for rosters/ timesheets, Preceda (payroll system), Oracle suite (HRIS) and Excel reporting and analytics.

This role is an opportunity to join our growing HR and Payroll team, which is highly collaborative, inclusive, and progressive, based in our Head Office at Eastwood. With the expansion of the capacity and capability of this function, we are committed to your professional development and growth.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Reconciliation of end-to-end fortnightly pay cycle
- Calculate and complete the periodic payment of salaries and wages for employees, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data and coding, and on-time delivery in accordance with the I-MED payroll schedule
- Manage the payroll records of new starters / current and terminated / departed employees in accordance with legislation
- Manage employees in Oracle IHUB and Preceda, ensuring receipt of executed employment contracts, new starter form, tax declaration form, and superannuation form
- Provide high level support to the business

**To be successful in this role**:

- 3+ years end to end payroll experience in a medium to large company, including exposure to and an understanding of Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- The ability to work autonomously along with supportive team player qualities
- Experience working with Preceda and Kronos is highly regarded
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
