**About the Role**

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our Central Contact Centre in Eastwood. This role can be undertaken full-time or part-time, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle and commitments.

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and referrers, providing professional and compassionate service while booking medical imaging appointments. No two days are the same in this fast-paced environment, where your communication skills and care will make a real difference.

**What You'll Be Doing**

- Providing a warm, helpful first point of contact over the phone
- Scheduling a range of medical imaging appointments with care and efficiency
- Handling enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Supporting patients and referrers with clear information and timely service
- Collaborating closely with team members and other departments

**What You Can Expect**

- A full-time role with rotating weekday shifts from 7:30am to 6:00pm, or part-time hours from 10:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- One Saturday shift per month (8:00am - 5:00pm) with applicable overtime rates.
