**About the Role**
Reporting to the General Manager for People and Culture, Jones Radiology are seeking a rostering professional who has a solid grasp of best practice workforce rostering in the Health Care or comparable industries. You will support the effective utilisation of our workforce through timely and effective rostering practices, that deliver against operational plans and benchmarks. You will have a knack of seeing the bigger picture and propose innovative solutions to achieve improvements in workforce related matters.
This role is based at our Eastwood Head Office (work from home options available); is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 6.30am to 3pm. Joining the Workforce Roster Coordinator team, this role will play a crucial role in enabling Jones Radiology's clinical teams to provide high quality health care to our patients.
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Support the effective utilisation of Jones Radiology's workforce through timely and effective rostering practices to ensure delivery of health care services.
- Create, maintain, and edit rosters in response to the Jones Radiology workforce plan and site requirements as required.
- Manage workforce sick leave ('sick calls') daily.
- Ensure that our Clinics operate within their workforce plans and benchmarks.
- Consider the terms and conditions outlined in individual employee contracts, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, industry standards and the National Employment Standards.
- Contribute to the development of innovative rostering processes.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to facilitate a seamless approach to rostering and customer service.
- Develop and manage effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders, and managers, clinicians and staff working in the clinics and generally.
- Attend regular team meetings and leadership communication channels designed to promote and facilitate information sharing, consultation, feedback and input.
- Promote information sharing, collaboration and teamwork amongst clinicians and staff.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- A minimum of 12 months rostering experience in a health care setting (highly regarded).
- Demonstrated experience templating and patterning workforce rosters (highly regarded).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various internal stakeholders.
- An ability to proficiently deliver competing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of health care roles and workforce requirements (highly regarded but not essential).
- Previous experience with Kronos (UKG) (highly regarded but not essential).
