**About the Role**

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this newly created Procurement, Contracts and Facilities Manager role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across our clinics. You will manage strategic sourcing, contracts, and multi-site facilities, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations. By overseeing the full lifecycle of third-party spend and essential services, you’ll provide vital insights that drive operational excellence and help shape the organisation’s future success.

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, property management or similar.
- Proven experience in procurement and facilities management across multi-site operations.
- Strong negotiation skills, contract law knowledge and supplier governance expertise.
- Skilled in CMMS, e-procurement and contract lifecycle management tools.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated services.
- Advanced Excel, data analysis skills and familiarity with Power BI.
