Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Support Officer located in Suva. As a Sales Support Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support to the sales team, and assisting with day-to-day sales operations. You will also need to maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Contact the new leads to book appointments for education counsellors
- Welcome the clients and assist them for filling up the client history form
- Follow up with students for the missing documents and post consultation
- Follow up on counsellors' old leads to book appointments if those leads require any service such as institution transfer, visa service, etc
- Call students whose course is finishing
- Call students whose payment is due
- Call students whose health insurance is expiring
- Call students whose visa is finishing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Skills and experience:

- Marketing or related field
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
- Willingness to do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Positions Available Location: Sydney, NSW

**Salary**: Negotiable based on experience

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
