We are seeking a proactive and versatile Office & Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This is an all-rounder role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can roll up their sleeves to support the business wherever needed. You'll be the go-to person for local office support and provide critical sales support to our team of tech recruiters. You'll also work closely with both the Managing Director and the Operations Manager, as well as the wider PeopleIN Operations Team, ensuring smooth processes and excellent service across the business.
What you'll do:
Sales Support
- Act as a contact for recruiters, providing support accordingly, in a timely manner.
- Assist with candidate and client queries.
- Assist with reporting, database maintenance, and administrative tasks that underpin sales activity.
- Support marketing activities and training coordination.
- Help consultants identify networking opportunities and prepare for events.
- Support tender and RFP submissions by gathering compliance documents, and preparing polished response templates.
Office Coordination
- Act as the main contact for office needs, building management and vendor management.
- Organise team events, cultural initiatives, and client networking functions.
- Coordinate travel bookings, meeting rooms, and facilities.
- Support the Operations Manager and leadership team with reporting and projects.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and the wider PeopleIN teams (Finance, Payroll, HR/IR/ER, WHS) to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Assist with policy and process rollouts across the business.
- Step in as the all-rounder who ensures everything runs smoothly day-to-day.
About you
- Highly organised, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong communicator who builds rapport easily across consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
- Background in administration, office coordination, or operations/sales support roles.
- Confident working in a fun, fast-paced sales environment where adaptability is key.
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills; Canva (or similar tools) experience highly regarded.
