**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Officer to join our Commercial and Industrial team in this full time permanent role. Reporting to the Regional Manager, provide the Commercial & Industrial (East) team with general administrative support and assist with the end-to-end sales process for our customers both internally and externally.

**Duties**:

- Sales fulfillment to ensure customer onboarding and ongoing management of customer needs
- Facilitating the sales end to end quoting process including tenders
- Managing our regulatory obligations both internally and externally
- Working with our Customer Operations & Legal team

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience in a sales administrator or sales support role within the energy, or similar industry
- Customer Service experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and ability to pick up new programs quickly
- Ability to problem solve and implement solutions
