This property developer has had an illustrious history in delivering key landmark residential development projects to market. They're now seeking a highly driven Acquisitions Manager to a facilitate a strong desire to build a solid pipeline of new opportunities for the business.

**About the role**
- Proactively source, identify and negotiate new development opportunities
- Be the primary point of contact for all new acquisitions
- Prepare and undertake feasibility analysis
- Build relationships with agents/brokers, investment houses to proactively capitalise on opportunities
- Work with the internal teams on strategic acquisitions from due diligence to completion of transaction

**Core skills and experience**
- Tertiary qualifications
- Proven track record in sourcing new residential development
- Solid relationships within the property industry
- Solid reputation in the market and knowledgeable of the land market
- Ideally Estate Master skills
- Strong negotiator and communicator
