We are seeking a **Land Strategy and Acquisitions** **Manager** to join our high-performing team in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD. You will be an “A” player, who brings a pragmatic, can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for the active growth and management of our development land portfolio. Developing, implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of land acquisition and tenure strategies, standards and processes to meet operational goals and legislative requirements forms a key part of the scope of this role.

**Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include working with the Managing Director and the broader land team to**:

- Develop and manage the Group’s strategic land acquisition program
- Identify strategic greenfield sites for purchase
- Develop, build and enhance strong relationships and engagement with landowners and Government authorities
- Prepare feasibility studies and business cases for projects, evaluating the profitability of potential acquisitions and presenting recommendations
- Liaising with government authorities, consultants and contractors to drive progress
- Structuring and negotiating land purchase contracts with landowners or their representatives, including terms and conditions, purchase price and contingencies
- Conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions, including title searches and zoning and planning reviews
