**About the Role**

The Acquisition Case Manager will form part of the Transport Property Division and manage various compulsory acquisition matters and other government land transactions (e.g. negotiation of leases/licences, purchases, temporary occupations, underground strata divestments and Planning and Environment Act claims) for the Division’s delivery partners including Department of Transport and Planning projects, Westgate Tunnel Project, Level Crossing Removal Project, North East Link Program, Major Roads Project Victoria and Suburban Rail Loop.

**Position Outcomes**

The DTP is seeking a skilled professional with demonstrated expertise in compulsory acquisition and other land transactions, with understanding of relevant legislation such as the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 and the Major Transport Projects Facilitation Act 2009.
