Talent Acquisition and Resource Manager

As the **Salesforce Talent Acquisition and Resource Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new talent for our Salesforce Analytics and MuleSoft solutions. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and optimizing resource allocation across various projects to ensure efficiency and productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and hiring plansBuild and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs- **Resource Management**:
Monitor and manage the allocation of resources across projects to optimize productivity and efficiencyMaintain a comprehensive resource database and track resource availability and utilizationCollaborate with project managers to ensure timely and effective assignment of resourcesIdentify and address resource gaps and potential conflicts to ensure project timelines are metProvide regular reports and updates on resource allocation and utilization to senior management**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in talent acquisition and resource management, preferably in ITStrong understanding of recruitment best practices and resource management principlesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in using HR and resource management software/toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMinimum 5+ Years of experience**Job Benefits**:
