The company has an exciting opportunity for a Land Access/Acquisition Manager to join their team and help deliver some of the most exciting renewable energy projects around the world.
- Identify potential land sites for renewable energy projects and conduct feasibility studies to assess suitability.
- Develop relationships with landowners, stakeholders, and local authorities to negotiate land access and acquisition agreements.
- Manage the due diligence process for land acquisitions, including title searches, surveys, and environmental assessments.
- Liaise with legal and finance teams to ensure that all agreements are legally and financially sound.
- Manage relationships with landowners and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that any concerns are addressed and that all agreements are complied with.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as law, real estate, or business administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land access and acquisition for renewable energy projects or other large infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation, and industry standards related to land access and acquisition.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
