At Get Readii Group, we are a Registered NDIS provider, offering essential support services including daily living, community access, capacity building, support coordination, psychosocial recovery coaching, SIL, STA, and more. We specialise in mental health and psychosocial disabilities, so prior experience in this space is desirable but not essential.

We’re currently seeking **two experienced Support Coordinators** to join our growing team. If you're looking for a change and want to be part of a supportive, responsive, and participant-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Support Coordinator (2-5 years preferred)
- At least 2 years’ experience working in the disability, community or mental health sector
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Mental Health, Community Services or related
- Blue Card / Yellow Card
- National Police Check
- Queensland Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- A willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment

**Job Types**:

- Casual (with opportunity to transition into part-time or full-time)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Support Coordinator (2-5 years preferred)
- Certificate III or above in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities

**Essential Certifications**:

- First Aid and CPR Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance (required)

**Work Location**:
Hybrid and community-based across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working in the disability, mental health or community sector: 3 years (preferred)
- Support coordination: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid and CPR Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check or NDIS Worker Screening (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: On the road
