About the Role:
We’re looking for a Support Coordinator (Casual Contract) to join our team. You’ll work directly with clients to help coordinate their supports, connect them with services, and guide them in managing their plans effectively. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys flexible work, meaningful connections, and making a real difference.

What You’ll Do:

- Coordinate and manage client support plans
- Communicate with clients, families, and service providers
- Help clients understand and use their funding appropriately
- Keep notes and documentation up to date
- Support clients in achieving their goals and becoming more independent

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in support coordination or a similar role (preferred)
- Great communication and time-management skills
- Knowledge of local support services or NDIS processes (an advantage)
- A caring attitude and a genuine desire to help others
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
