**How will I help?**

The Chief Transformation Office, Group Risk, plays a critical role in identifying, monitoring and managing a range of risks across our diverse operating environment.

Within the Group Risk CTO, the Change Management Centre of Excellence is a centralised function for resource and talent management. The team provides leadership, best practices, support, training and management of all strategic change initiatives launched within Risk, including Financial Crime, Compliance and Conduct. We are one big, supportive team of people who love helping others succeed. As a Change Lead in the Change Management Centre of Excellence, you will be involved in the development and execution of activities required to implement strategic change. You will also provide functional leadership, empowering and leading a high-performing team to assist the business with readiness activities for the allocated portfolio of complex and technical programs.

**What do I need?**

You will be an experienced Change Lead with proven ability in developing people and leading high performing teams within the financial services sector (or another highly regulated environment). Experience working on risk or compliance related programs of work is highly regarded although not essential.

You will be proactive and will thrive in working in a fast-paced environment. You will also have exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills and be able to appropriately challenge and influence project team members and stakeholders to enable the successful achievement of change deliverables and benefits.
