**How will I help?**
Reporting directly into the Change Director for our Business & Wealth Risk and Regulatory Delivery portfolio, your role will be critical in leading work in the change team. You will be accountable for scoping, estimations, planning and effective change delivery for multiple projects and leadership of change professionals across the portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the planning and delivery of change initiatives across multiple epics and initiatives (projects/capabilities) within Business & Wealth Risk and Regulatory Delivery.
- Manage a portfolio of change initiatives by providing advice to key stakeholders including scope definition, change effort estimation, resource plan, change impacts, and scheduling aspects.
- Forecast and estimate resourcing required for approved initiatives.
- Act as an interface between delivery managers and teams, Lines of Business & Distribution teams to ensure proposed changes are integrated seamlessly and scheduled optimally.
- Provide stakeholder insights and change management inputs into the critical path definition for delivery of strategic outcomes as defined by the line of business.
- Provide leadership and coaching to assigned change resources.

- Demonstrated knowledge of risk management and assurance concepts.

- Flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing priorities.
- Skilled ability to work in a dynamic leadership team.
