Position Details **The Role**: As the **Safety & Compliance Manager (Systems & Assurance) - Asia Pacific**, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing safety and compliance systems that ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and Lineage standards across our Asia-Pacific region. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll drive a culture of safety, support operations teams, and deliver actionable improvements in processes and engagement. **Your Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and integrate Safety & Compliance Management Systems aligned with industry best practices. - Lead cultural and behavioural change initiatives to build a strong safety culture across the region. - Oversee training programs to enhance safety competence and compliance adherence. - Implement assurance and audit frameworks to monitor and improve compliance. - Collaborate with leaders to improve safety leadership and empower teams to act. - Deliver timely HSE performance reports and drive automation for reporting processes. **What You'll Bring to the Team**: - Extensive experience in a similar safety/compliance role, ideally within the logistics or industrial sector. - Qualifications in Safety or Engineering, with demonstrated success in cultural and behavioural change initiatives. - Strong collaborative, consultative, and communication skills. - Proven experience in process improvement and team engagement. - Ability to articulate the "why" and "how" of safety initiatives to inspire ownership and change. **Preferred Skills**: - Expertise in HSE Management Systems (ISO standards) and tools (e.g. Rapid, Enablon) and risk-based audit frameworks. - Certifications in H&S or training (e.g. Diploma in H&S, Cert IV in Training). - Impressive organisational and IT skills, with experience in TMS systems.
