**Summary**:
This job would be suitable for a university student.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance processes and procedures within the company and across various industries.
- Review and edit a variety of documents to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including the development of training documents and assessment tools.
- Work closely with a small team to identify areas of improvement in compliance processes.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in industry regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities.
- Report directly to the Managing Director, providing updates and seeking guidance as needed.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Word.
- Flexible and adaptable in working with a range of document types.
- Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be Sydney-based and able to work from the North Sydney office.

**Desirable Criteria (not essential but considered a plus)**:

- Experience in the Vocational Education and Training industry.

- Experience with Online Course Development, including Learning and Student Management Systems.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
