The Assurance team, together with the Advisory, Incident Management and Strategy & Project teams make up Zurich’s full Compliance team, reporting to the Head of Compliance.

In this key role, you will be responsible for implementing Zurich’s Compliance Assurance program for Australia/NZ. You will be able to work autonomously to conduct end-to-end Assurance reviews from risk identification, assessment through to verification and reporting. Liaising with a range of stakeholders, you will also provide expert Compliance and regulatory advice to the business and assurance support to the wider Compliance team.
- Important to your success - let's grow together- Previous Audit, internal Audit or Assurance experience is compulsory
- Ideally 5 years experience in Insurance or Financial Services
- Strong data analytics skills
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytic tool would be preferable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of industry codes, complaints bodies and relevant regulations
- Chartered Accounting or other related industry qualifications desirable
